We are waiting for the "upgrade fix" that has been promised, which is apparently being written in the Philippines, and I believe we do not even have a dealer/distributor in our country now, only a 'reseller'.
Are we alone in this? do we need someone to properly configure our server and PCs? or is this all sounding very familiar?
HELP please.

Single click menus

After trying for over a year, I still can't get used to double clicking the list on the left to launch a window. I have come to really hate it. Is there a way to single click like I do in Outlook, Quickbooks, Sage, Everest etc?
The buttons below the menu in IS work fine (single click)

Menu header bug

If, for example, I click on the customer module and double click on Find:Customer. I get the Find customer dashboard headed with 'Find:Customer'. then I hand type a number in the 'Num Key' part corresponding to another dashboard (218 for example) I end up seeing the new dashboard headed by the original name.

See below - It shows a list of Reps under a heading if 'Find:customer'. I informed some one from Interprise over a year ago about this who said they already knew about it.

As the UK is not alowed to gain access to anything newer than V4.4 can someone say if it has been fixed in V5.3x

CUSTOM TABLE - ERROR SAVING RECORD

I have created a custom table which I created a menu item through user role as listdetail. All appears well and works as expected ie adding new records to the table except for when i wish to edit a record. It says the record already exists as if it is trying to add instead of update the record. Any suggestions to why this may be? It worked fine until i upgraded to 5.3.x.
