I think it would be very helpful to add forums for each major section of the software such as 100 CRM; 200 Customer; 300 Supplier; 400 Inventory; etc (without the numbers, though). That way we could zero in exactly where we are working and having any issue we would like to discuss.

Kudo's on starting this forum in an unmoderated fashion so we can have fast interaction, like the old forums used to be.

I created them as sub-forums to the main question forum. I hate to have our main forum list too long.

I've got to say, we agonized over whether to structure this forum like the original IS ones (by module). We saw some issues in trying to figure out where to post a question that might span multiple modules. But your vote tipped the scale.
