I was wondering if paypal was supported in the 2007 5.3 platform? If not can it be implemented and or is it expected in the 2009 release?

Christian,

We have had several requests regarding PayPal. We even have a customer that needs to have PayPal since about 20% of his business uses it. As far as we know, it's supposed to be supported in the 2009 release. I cant promise you anything because IS will determine what will be in the first release of 2009, but from what I have heard it'll be in there.

For right now, IS does not support PayPal with the 5.3.1 or earlier versions.

Hi Christian and Bill,

IS is still working on adding PayPal feature to its new version 2009 however for IS 5.3 we customized PayPal to work for our client www.QuiltersWarehouse.com and it works seamlessly with IS 5.3 version.

We are looking fwd to see IS integrate PayPal and Google Checkout as well into IS 2009 release, no word yet on the release date...

I asked a support person about IS2009 (IS2010??) and she said the developers are still working on it. I got the impression it ain't close.

Well, for sure when it does come out I'm not going to be in any hurry whatsoever to be the bug finder!
