When you add a customer/prospect/lead via Interprise Suite's New Customer Wizard, the county is automatically filled in based on the zip code.

When a customer or lead row is added via the e-commerce portion, that trigger doesn't seem to kick in. So nobody entered via the website (which is most of the records) have the county entered.

Is there some setting or some utility that can be run to update the county field based on zip code?

Kate,

I will review this for you. If it is indeed a bug, I will send it off to IS so they can get it fixed.

As far as a utility to update the county, there is not. The only way you can do this is through SQL with an Update statement.
