My client has a customized ecommerce site. He just started setting up quantity break pricing in the inventory master. The website does not reflect the quantity break pricing at all, not on the inventory detail page nor on the shopping cart. Is that feature supposed to work out of the box?

| Jim, Did you go into the eCommerce Customer and set its Pricing Method to 'Price List' and select the Pricing Level that contains the quantity breaks? Remember that a customer can only be tied to one price list. So if you have more than one pricing level with different quantity breaks, it will not work.
