If you're running Interprise Suite SP5.2 or SP5.3 using any of the credit card gateways you may have a problem.  In some cases the transactions aren't processing properly.  Be sure to check that your transactions are clearing your back-end gateway.

If you find that you are having problems, IS support has available patches.
