Someone recently sent me the following question and thought I'd post it here.  Anyone want to take a shot at this?

How do you change prices in Interprise? Many price changes have occurred on products I distribute. Can you import mass changes via spreadsheet or manually have to do them one item at time?  If there are two vendors for same product can you import price changes for just one vendor using vendor item code?

Does anyone want to have a go at this one?

There's the "Price List" function where you can just go down the line and change the prices and not have to open every item individually. I think it's under Tools in the inventory module.

Be careful with the standard price list import program. I have a customer with only 37000 SKU and the Price list import tool takes 28 hours to import his price list. I suggest a tool written by ThorDog Technologies. They did a great job on giving my customer a tool to import, add, modify the price list and it only takes 3.5 minutes to import. It also gives error reporting and exception logs.

I have created a price list for a product line using the Pricing / price list module. When I open an item, I can see this price list under the 'Price List' tab.

- How do you get IS to use this price list instead of the price that is listed in the 'item pricing' area ?
