As I have had I no interest whatsoever on the official IS forum I will try this one out on here:I want to set up a target list of customers that have ordered one item, but not another. eg. Target list of:- Customers that have purchased a mobile phone, but not the screen protector that goes with it. I can see how this would be easy if we have 'quoted' for the screen protector by using the target list wizard. As we predominately sell over the web, we will have never quoted for any cross sell items.

In the new target list wizard, there is a filter for purchase history where you can select specific items your targets have purchased. It's the first filter after selecting your conditions.

| OK I just had a 'Eureka' moment! It's the double negativity of it all that threw me. The screen you describe I understand. (ether they have purchased, or they haven't) It was the second 'Quoted history' that threw me. I have to set it to: 'Filter by not quoted items' Steps through the wizard for my example would be: Target Source: Customers - Condition as required (i.e. OK to email). Purchased History - filter by purchased items: Mobile phone, Quoted History - filter buy not quoted items: screen protector. Have just tested it out and it works great!
