Has anyone seen this problem...where the customer has MANY open docs and in the Customer Screen the aging is correct ..but on the statement it shows zero in all the summary fields?

Found the issue....The customer was running the statement print form the reports menu rather than from the statement run section of the menus. This way the system does not generate the summary fields.
