Web Option tab problems in Inventory Expand / Collapse

I have a system that has the built-in default webstore WEB-000001, which is not
used, and the customer's actual webstore, WEB-000002. The actual
webstore, WEB-000002, is designated as the default webstore. However,
when they click on the Web Option tab in Inventory maintenance, the
program always selects WEB-000001 automatically. Before they can make
the changes to the web options for an item, they always have to click
on "WEB-000002." Is there an option or setting somewhere to make the
Inventory program select WEB-000002 automatically?
